VMS Registration: Where to meet, date and time
Depending on what time you arrive on 10 November, you are welcome to check in. Registration for VMS is in the Mantra Foyer from 4.00 pm. There is a Venue Orientation from 5.05 pm commencing in the Mantra Lobby. After the orientation, the program starts with the Welcome and Information Session in the Mantra Ballroom (Plantation Room) at 6:00 pm, followed by the welcome reception by the Mantra Pool Deck at 7:00 pm.
Venue Orientation Tour:
Year 1 students meet in the Mantra Lobby at 5:05 pm on Sunday. Salt Resort is a large resort that includes Mantra and Peppers. The tour will make it easy for you to find your way around the resort including breakfast and lunch locations, accommodation, classrooms, where to meet for daily yoga/PT, locations for Trivia Night, Wednesday night dinner, Graduation, Wednesday afternoon activities, bus transfer pick-up location plus the chance to meet other students.
