In its third year, the VMA Quayclean Mentor Program enables experienced venue management industry professionals to share their knowledge, skills, and insights with mentees through a one-on-one professional relationship. Mentees receive invaluable guidance while providing fresh perspectives for their mentors, making it a rewarding experience for both parties.

We are proud that so many emerging leaders and experienced event and venue managers have engaged in the Mentoring program. Australia has a proud history of successfully staging the world's biggest events, and as we continue along the "Green and Gold" highway towards the 2032 Brisbane Olympic Games, the Mentoring program will be fundamental in developing venue and event managers who will be at the forefront of all the major world events to be staged in Australia over the next eight years.
