Refund Policy
Cancellation and substitution policy:
• If the EVENT ORGANISERS cancels any of the Professional Development Workshop locations a 100% refund policy will apply for delegate registrations for that location.
• If the delegate wishes to cancel their registration the following will apply:
o Cancellations must be notified in writing via email to the EVENT ORGANISERS.
o Cancellations received up to 7 business days prior to event commencement date will receive a 100% refund.
o Cancellations received less than 7 business days prior to the event commencement date will receive a refund less a handling fee of $50 (inc GST).
