Dates: 

• Check-in: 3:00 pm Sunday 25 August, 2024 at Pullman Hotel
• Check-out: 10:00 am Friday 30 August, 2024

First Day Program Schedule (Sunday 25 August, 2024):

• 3:45 pm – 4:00 pm: Student IVSS Registration
• 4:00 pm – 4:15 pm: Students walk to Accor Stadium with VMA CEO
• 4:15 pm – 5:15 pm: IVSS Welcome and Information Session
• 5:15 pm – 6:00 pm: Independent Discussion Groups (IDG) Introduction – Purpose and Structure
• 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Welcome Dinner

• Accommodation, breakfast and all meals are included during IVSS.  For those students that have advised dietaries, a signed food station will be available for you.
• Incidentals must be settled by each student upon checkout. You will be asked for a credit card on check in.

Parking:

For those students that will be driving to Accor Stadium, and are not staying at Pullman Hotel, below is some information on parking and/or transport options:

For those students driving and staying at Pullman Hotel Sydney Olympic Park there is parking at the hotel. There is one car spot per room booking, however they are not reserved and you park yourself. The entrance is via Showground Road located under The Novotel. If these are full then there is parking 200m away P8, Secure Parking - Sydney Olympic Park P8 Car Park - 2 Herb Elliott Ave, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.

Venue Details: 

The IVSS Program is being facilitated at Accor Stadium at Sydney Olympic Park.

On the first day of the program, you will be walked across from Pullman Hotel to Accor Stadium to guide you to the room where the classes will be held.

Dinners and evening functions:

All dinners and evening functions are programmed and your attendance is expected.

Dress code and tips:

• Smart casual during the day.
• Please be aware the classrooms can get cool at times due to air-conditioning. It is highly advisable that you bring along jackets. 

Celebration Dinner dress code: 

Suit and tie/cocktail attire.
