Delegates who register for this ticket MUST be less than 30 years of age at the start of the congress event.

The view form the kitchen - Session Tickets

Join the team from BCEC inside the kitchen where they will discuss key industry trends and sustainability practices shaping the culinary landscape. From sourcing local produce to addressing dietary restrictions and managing pricing, attendees will gain insights into how kitchens are adapting to meet evolving consumer demands while minimising environmental impact.

Please note this session will be ticketed and limited to 20 delegates.

QPAC Tour

Time: 9am to 10:30am, Sunday 19th May

Experience a behind-the-scenes tour of one of Brisbane's most renowned cultural landmarks: the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC). Delve into the fascinating history, stories and architecture of QPAC’s four venues and enjoy and sneak peek of the much-anticipated fifth theatre, currently under development. Once complete, QPAC will be one of the world’s largest performing arts centres under one roof.

Limit: Up to 30 people

Sleeman Tour

Join us as we take a look at the Sleeman complex and it development from BMX track to the indoor ice rinks etc etc.

This tour commences at 11 am sharp as a bus will take you out to the site. There you will have lunch and a 2.5-hour tour around the grounds before returning to Brisbane.

Limited Spaces of 24 for this tour due to Bus capacity. Please ensure any changes are made so other delegates may take up this tour.

Saturday Night - Lions vs Richmond AFL (The Gabba)

This year Stadiums Queensland has kindly offered a limited number of tickets available for Congress attendees to the Lions vs Richmond AFL fixture at The Gabba on Saturday 18 May. Register your interest, with availability on a first-in-first-served basis.
